6. Material, Quality & Warranty

We ensure quality workmanship and use approved materials.

    • Material brand may change based on stock availability

    • Warranty applies only to specific items (as mentioned in the agreement)

    • Improper use of the property or third-party work voids warranty

    • Natural wear & tear is not covered under warranty

7. Payments & Billing

Payment terms vary by project and will be defined in the work contract.

General conditions:

    • Payments are milestone-based

    • Delay in payment may impact work progress

    • GST and government taxes apply based on rules

    • Advance may be required for material procurement

Service is considered confirmed only after initial payment/advance.

8. Cancellation Policy

You confirm that you own the rights to them.
